Terms of Service

CloutAI is a social media analysis tool. It connects to your TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook accounts, fetches post-level performance data, runs it through an AI analysis pipeline, and returns metric-backed growth recommendations.

It is not a social media scheduler, content management system, or posting tool. It does not post, edit, or delete anything on your social media accounts. Access is read-only.

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and email us.

One person, one account. Sharing accounts is not permitted. Agency plans allow multiple connected social media accounts under a single CloutAI login.

You agree not to:

• Use CloutAI to harass, stalk, or monitor individuals without their consent.
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract data from our APIs beyond normal product use.
• Use automated tools (bots, scripts) to interact with the service beyond normal browser usage.
• Resell or redistribute analysis reports or generated content as a standalone service without an Agency plan.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Free plan: 1 analysis per month, 1 connected platform, 5 content generations. No credit card required.

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Agency): Billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds. No retention tricks.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honored at the original price until the next renewal after the notice period.

If a payment fails, we'll notify you by email. After 7 days of failed payment, your account reverts to the free plan. Your data is preserved.

Your data is yours. Your social media data, analysis reports, and generated content belong to you. We claim no ownership over any content you create or import into CloutAI.

You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the service: running analyses, generating content, and displaying results in your dashboard. This license ends when you delete your account.

The CloutAI application, its design, code, scoring algorithms, analysis prompts, and brand are our intellectual property. Your use of the service does not grant you any rights to these beyond normal product access.

Content produced by our AI generator (hooks, captions, scripts, hashtag sets) is generated by Claude (Anthropic). You're free to use generated content for any purpose, commercial or personal, without attribution to CloutAI.

AI output is not guaranteed to be unique, accurate, or free of errors. You should review and edit generated content before using it. We are not responsible for the performance of content you publish based on our suggestions.

Our analysis scores and recommendations are based on patterns observed across the accounts in our system and general best practices for social media growth. They are not guarantees of specific outcomes.

Growth scores, engagement benchmarks, and impact estimates are directionally useful but not precise predictions. Social media performance depends on many factors outside the scope of our analysis: algorithm changes, current events, audience mood, content execution quality.

We make no warranty that following our recommendations will produce any specific increase in followers, engagement, or revenue.

By connecting your accounts, you confirm that you have the authority to grant us read-only access to the data on those accounts. For agency users analyzing client accounts, you confirm you have your client's authorization.

We access platform data through official APIs and comply with each platform's developer terms. If a platform revokes our API access or changes their terms, features may become temporarily or permanently unavailable. This is not a breach of our terms.

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance, platform API outages, and third-party service issues may cause temporary unavailability. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime.

CloutAI is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost followers, or missed opportunities.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deletion is permanent and removes all data.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay for a paid plan. We'll notify you by email before termination unless the violation is severe (e.g., security breach, harassment).

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
